, North Sonoma CoastThe Northern Sonoma Coast offers breathtaking views, rugged coastline and sandy beaches. The Russian River pours into the Pacific Ocean here, right along the seaside town of Jenner.

Further up the coast to the north sits Timber Cove close to the site of Fort Ross. Fort Ross was established by the Russians in the 1800s and was a key location for the local fur trade.

Inland from Jenner you’ll find delightful communities including Duncans Mills, home to an annual Civil War Days reenactment.
